All consultations are free of charge. All treatment courses must be redeemed within 15 months of the date of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds for unused courses. A Non- Refundable £50 deposit is taken for all treatment bookings. This is deducted from the cost of the treatment. 24 hrs notice is required to cancel or change appointments. Failure to give notice would result in forfeiture of the deposit and the treatment.
